Every project is different depending on the site, council requirements and complexity of the home. As a general guide:
Concept Design: 2–4 weeks
Town Planning (if required): 2–6 months
Working Drawings & Engineering: 4–8 weeks
Building Permit: 2–6 weeks
Construction: typically 8–14 months depending on the size of the project.
